7 Waterfall Full Day Hiking

The hike to the Tamarin Falls starts with a path that allows you to descend into the gorge, to the first waterfall of 40 meters high that will surprise you with the view offered at the top. The rest of the hike will take place at the foot of the waterfall, where you will be able to pass behind the waterfall: a breathtaking spectacle awaits you when the sunlight reflects on the waterfall! And if you feel like it, you can even take a dip in the large pool at the foot of the waterfall to cool off.

The hike continues by going around another waterfall of a dozen meters. The view of the 40 meters waterfall will become even more beautiful as you move away. You will then go around another waterfall of about 20 meters and reach another pool where the swimming is very pleasant after the walk.

The hike will finally end above a large waterfall of 55 meters offering a breathtaking view of the gorge. You will then undoubtedly want to discover more about the Tamarin Falls and the Black River Gorges National Park, sites that are not to be missed in Mauritius!
